Quest for Independence (Quest) is an innovative program for young adults with ASD designed to build skills of independence, explore work and/or volunteer opportunities, and ultimately prepare the young adult and his/her family for the day s/he will leave home.
Quest uses a group model for service delivery to reduce the social isolation experienced by young adults after high school. An important goal of the program is to facilitate the development of friendships.
