The Centre for Autism Services Alberta is pleased to offer respite, which provides families with short-term, temporary relief allowing parents time to rest, relax and rejuvenate while children are given the opportunity for social interactions and to engage in recreational activities in a supervised, supported setting.

The program is open to children with autism who are between 5 to 17 years of age. Siblings who are 5 years and older are also welcome to attend.

Transportation to and from the Centre is the responsibility of the family.

Dates: Saturdays –  Feb. 4, March 3, April 14, May 5 and June 2
Time: 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Note: Families must commit to the total 5-month program to register

Cost: Children with ASD - $71 per month
Sibling: $25 per month
Payments can be made via cash, cheque, Visa/Mastercard or debit.

Upon payment, receipts will be issued which can be used to seek reimbursement from FSCD, provided your contract allows for respite. If there are significant financial constraints, please contact the Centre directly to discuss options.
